Name
1. (1) The name of the party shall be the “Mainstream Party Inc” (hereinafter referred to as “the party”).
(2) The name of the branches of the party shall be the “Australian Union Of Students Inc”, “Mainstream Party Queensland Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party New South Wales Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party Tasmania Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party Victoria Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party South Australia Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party Western Australia Branch Inc”, “Mainstream Party Northern Territory Branch Inc”, and “Mainstream Party Australian Capital Territory Branch Inc”.
(3) Whenever the party or a branch of the party is an unincorporated association, or is incorporated but has government permission to omit the words “Inc” or “Ltd” from its name, the above reference to the party’s or branch’s name shall be understood as having the word “Inc” omitted from the name.
(4) Whenever the party or a branch of the party is a company, not having government permission to omit the word “Ltd” from its name, the above reference to the party’s or branch’s name shall be understood as having “Ltd” substituted for “Inc” in the name.
