16. (1) The party opposes the notion that children be brought up according to the child's best interests, which the party believes to be a legalese expression meaning as the judge thinks fit.

(2) The party advocates that a child be brought up according to how the child's natural mother and the mother's husband would have agreed if they had thought about it at the time.

(3) The party advocates that, in the case of marriage breakdown, the wife should get custody of the children during the week, while the husband should get custody of the children on the weekend.
