Rejection of Application

24. (1) By applying to join the party, a person agrees to be bound by this constitution, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, agrees that membership of the party as an ordinary member is neither a right nor a reasonable expectation.

(2) The management committee of the party may refuse to admit anyone to the party for the time being, and need not give a reason for refusing to admit an applicant for membership, and the decision of the management committee is final.
