Renumeration

33. (1) Members of management committees of the party and its branches are entitled to be paid at the same rate as members of the federal parliament, unless the management committee by resolution decides otherwise.

(2) Such payments are continguent on the party or branch having sufficient funds to make the payment, and if there are not sufficient funds, the party or branch does not become indebted to the member, nor does the member get the right to be paid in arrears.

(3) If a party or branch has sufficient funds, such payment may be made up to a year in advance with the permission of the management committee.
