Youth Wing
51. (1) The party may have a separate youth wing, which may be separately incorporated as an association or company and registered as a political party.
(2) This constitution is also the constitution of the youth wing of the party.
(3) The name of the youth wing of the party shall be “Australian Union of Students”, followed by “Inc” or “Ltd” if applicable.
(4) Upon the incorporation of the youth wing, the members of the unincorporated association called the Australian Union of Students, other than those who are already members of the party, become ordinary members of the party.
