65. Vilification

(1) By joining the party, an applicant for membership warrants that he or she is resistant to confronting talk about political issues, and will not be offended or suffer psychological damage as a result of engaging in debates and discussions with other members of the party or reading the party’s material or undergoing the party’s training courses.

(2) By joining the party, an applicant who is under the age of eighteen years or otherwise under disability warrants that he or she has the permission of his or her parent or guardian however described to join the party.

(3) By joining the party, an applicant agrees to bear the expenses of any legally actionable injury caused to him or her by exposure to confronting or politically incorrect talk by other members of the party or by reading the party’s material or by undergoing the party’s training courses.
