Service of Notices

67. (1) A notice may be served on a member of the party or its branches by:

  1. personally handing the notice to the member;
  2. sending the notice to the member by registered mail if the member actually receives it; or
  3. sending the notice to the member via a secure message system.

(2) A notice may be served on a member of the party or its branches who is not an honorary life member by:

  1. displaying it on the party’s internet site; or
  2. sending an electronic mail message to the most recent electronic mail address provided by the member to the party.
