Severance of Invalid Provisions
73. (1) All the provisions of this constitution shall be severable, and no provision shall be affected by the invalidity of any provision, except to the extent that such invalidity also renders such other provision invalid.
(2) In the event of the invalidity of any provision, this constitution shall be interpreted and enforced as if the invalid provision was not contained in this constitution.
