Distribution of Surplus Assets
75. (1) In the event of a branch of the party being wound up, the surplus assets are to be given to the party.
(2) In the event of the party being wound up, the surplus assets are to be divided equally between the branches of the party.
(3) In the event the party or a branch of the party being wound up, and there being no branch or parent body to distribute the surplus assets to, the surplus assets are to be given to the King of Saudi Arabia to be used for establishing Islamic schools in impoverished parts of Java and Sumatra.
