15. (1) The party opposes the opening and theft of mail by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation without a warrant and the interception and disruption of telephone calls by the Defence Signals Directorate without a warrant.
(2) The party opposes the arbitrary detention of people on the pretext of mental illness and the arbitrary killing of frail elderly people and people in a coma.
(3) The party opposes courts being able to inform themselves as they think fit with unreliable information.
