Subcommittees
36. (1) Subject to this constitution, a management committee of the party or a branch may by resolution establish a subcommittee.
(2) Subject to this constitution, a management committee of the party or a branch may by resolution delegate any of the powers which are conferred on the management committee to a subcommittee, to such an extent, in relation to such matters, and on such terms and conditions as the management committee thinks fit.
(3) The management committee may revoke any delegation in whole or part, or alter its terms and conditions.
