Participation in Meetings
38. (1) In determining whether members are participating in a meeting, it is irrelevant where any member is or how they communicate with each other.
(2) If all the members participating in a meeting are not in the same place, they may decide that the meeting is to be treated as taking place wherever any of them is.
(3) A member cannot participate in a meeting of the management committee by proxy or attorney, however described.
