Meaning of Catholic Educated

61. For the purposes of this constitution, a person is considered Catholic-educated if:

  1. before the age of eighteen years, he or she was educated for more than one month at a Catholic school or at a non-denominational Christian school that used to be a Catholic school; or
  2. one or some or all of his or her parents or grandparents or adopted parents or their parents or adopted parents were married in a Catholic ceremony in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Poland, the United Kingdom or the United States.
