Bank Accounts
69. (1) The party and every branch of the party shall have a bank account, with the chairman as one signatory.
(2) The secretary and treasurer may also be signatories.
(3) Unless the management committee by resolution decides otherwise, the chairman’s signature is sufficient to authorize a withdrawal from a bank account.
